I have never seen a private hospital with a poor service and unprofessional staff like MedLeb.(I don’t want to go deeper on the service during the hospital stay)To mention a few,discharge letter was missing.we came for follow up appointment at 09:00 the Dr arrived at 09:24 no apology whatsoever.
” Aowa Ke gae akere!”we came for another follow up appointment,no injection in the hospital.i will leave it here!

not up to the standard of a private hospital
The nurses that assisted me were great, everything else about the hospital is just horrible. They don’t even answer the phone…. I’ve been trying for hours, it’s a private hospital with poor services!!
