The nurses were very good but there’s a Dr Mamabolo who seems to not understand that being a physician requires a certain level of kindness, patience and empathy. What he displayed was absolutely not the sort of attitude I needed while in a lot of pain and distress.
I stay in Burgersfrot most of my time where there is no private hospital at all you should drive for more than 150 km to get one. I really appreciate the effort of bringing the private hospital to the rural. It is definitely a work in progress everything else will improve in time. However, overall the place is just soo welcoming and good bunch of professionals 💕
