Yohhh what a terrible experience I had!!!! The service is very very poor, yaz those workers there looks like they’re forced to do their jobs, this other Dr had a terrible attitude towards us and did not even greet but just came in with an angry face!! Let me tell you, that is not a hospital!!! It deserves to be closed because I swear you can die meanwhile you’re still waiting in the ambulance!!! I had to ask for a transfer immediately to polokwane because everything was terrible!!! I will never ever recommend that hospital!

Even government hospitals are better, having 1 doctor the whole hospital that’s terrible and I will not recommend to anyone, at the end of the day they still take your money with that terrible service.i think they must just close it and will go to Polokwane.

Would not recommend..it’s actually more of a clinic than hospital. No Resources and no ICU. One could actually die in that “hospital” my aunt waited for hours for an ambulance to be transferred to another hospital and her condition was very very critical. Stop experimenting with people lives!!! The two stars I have rated the hospital on is only for the hygiene of the facility and friendly nurses.

Mmaabo Masenya's Review

February 19, 2024

My goddaughter was recently admitted at Medleb, the service was bad, they didn’t have baby formula for her, had to by separately. Then the DR did not pitch until the 2nd day, the baby was not getting better. When the DR finally came, he discharged the baby immediately without further treatment. The baby got worse when she got home, started bleeding through the nose, we had to take her to Polokwane for further treatment. They admitted the baby immediately.

This hospital must just be a day clinic because patients can die overnight without proper care.
