Very disappointed with the service here. It’s been almost 24 hours but we have not been attended to by a Dr.
Horrible Emergency Service. Dr on call, Dr Mamabolo, has no idea what Emergency stands for and he had the neck to even tell me that I was kept waiting for 45 minutes+ because he was eating. After that he could not help me because the hospital did not have the required instrument. He then referred me to an equally unprofessional Netcare Pholosho with a referral note that even Pholosho could not decipher. He may have the certificate but has no idea what the profession is about. I pray for him to learn more about the calling.
The hospitality was great except for the peadetrician Dr Manchidi my daughter was admitted on 11/10/2019 in the afternoon around 18:45 the Dr came after the hospital manager asked whats going wrong and right and we raised a concern that nurses kept on saying the Dr is coming then the Hospital manager took it upon herself to engage him he came in the afternoon at around 16:56 on the 13th.
