Care Reflections

The facility is praised for areas such as friendly staff and well-maintained conditions, mainly in the maternity section where patients have reported feeling safe and supported. To further enhance its reputation, the hospital might consider addressing the responsiveness and availability of medical professionals, as well as improving emergency services to meet patient expectations consistently.

Pelonomi Ramatlhatse's Review

The hospital does not even deserve a star, I went there on New year’s day with my baby who needed an emergency medical care, but the receptionist told us they only deal with car accident emergencies. Its a shame that their website mentions that the hospital “has a 24-Hour Accident And Emergency unit, which allows patients to receive quality medical care – around the clock”, but ITS NOT TRUE. WHAT A SHAME

I was not impressed with the Hospital staff, from the security officers at the gate to the nursing staff.I was made to wait for about 30 minutes at the emergency ward without being attended to and i decided to leave.

Patience Mabilo's Review

My stay at MedLeb was amazing. Thanks to Sr Mogashoa for welcoming me so warmly at the maternity section and for making my stay with my daughter safe and pleasant. Thank you to the kitchen staff and cleaners for ensuring I was well fed and in a clean environment all the time. A big thanks to Dr Mulaudzi for taking me in at the very last weeks of my pregnancy and the awesome theatre team that made the birth a success. Strength to all healthcare workers at the hospital during these uncertain Covid19 times, ke leboga maitapisho a lena. I almost left a good private hospital within my vicinity in Lebowakgomo for Mediclinic Polokwane but I’m glad I didn’t. Would recommended anyone to visit the hospital for their health care needs. The standards are nothing short of what one can expect from private health care

Mary-jane Ramaoka's Review

The staff there is very rude. I do not appreciate their attitude when we want to check on our family member admitted there. I recently spoke to someone wanting to check on my sister and she rudely said “you checking her for what” thats insensitive and out of order. Whatelse can i check my sister for? Is that a shebeen or a hospital. We deserve to be treated with respect and dignity. Till now they keep on saying her phone is on charger but and they know very well that given the ristrictions we cannot phisically visit her. Theres no compassion in their address. They need to reminded who they are servicing and why they are in that proffesion its not about the ego but wellbeing not only limited to patients as the family is also part of the patient.
