Patients often commend the quick service and the quality of care provided at the facility. The pediatric ward receives consistent praise for their accommodating and warm staff. However, there's room for improvement in consultation times and patient nutrition, which could enhance overall patient experience and satisfaction.

Part of the life group. Always neat and clean. Gets very busy during visiting hours, so it is recommended coming in a little earlier. Good Dr’s and friendly staff. It is eveything that would expect from the Life Group

Sister Padayachee at admissions and sister pillay in c-ward and not forgetting Collin, who made my very first experience at a hospital so amazing! I’m so glad I chose chatsmed as my go to hospital for my dentals. And wow. A-Class treatment from my first steps into the hospital until I was discharged. Thank you to the staff of chatsmed for being so accommodating

Darren Naidoo's Review

March 11, 2024

Extremely dissatisfied with the service received at Chatsmed Hospital on March 10, 2024. Upon arrival at the emergency room, I was asked to pay a R475 rand admission fee upfront. After being directed to see a doctor, I discovered there were no doctors available. Instead, a male nurse, who identified himself as Ashwin Maharaj, informed us that there was no power for X-rays and no doctors on duty. When we inquired about waiting until the power was restored, he suggested seeking treatment at another hospital. Overall, my experience at this hospital was highly disappointing and I strongly advise against wasting your time there.
