My husband had a procedure booked, we were informed that there is a co-payment, I have gap cover that will pay the co-payment, I sent them the policy documents and I called 4 days prior to the admission where the gentleman said I can make arrangements on the day, the day arrived and they just blatantly refused to assist without paying R22 000 upfront, even with proof of gap cover. I am utterly disappointed.
Thank you for best hospitality, especially the Client Service oriented, friendly and extremely compassionate staff of the entire surgical ward night and day, the meals were of very high standards, professionally served.
