Thank you to Drs Steyn and Erasmus, Vicky and Wilma, Johanna, and all the staff at Kloof that we were in contact with, for taking such good care of my elderly mom. Both my sister and I could sleep well knowing she was properly taken care of. Everybody really made an effort to make her as comfortable as possible and attend to all her needs.
This used to be a good hospital. Apart from some individual staff that are passionate about what they do, the night nursing is not good. Some items unavailable, like bedding. I have to ring my bed side bell 3 times to get my medication…
Don’t understand the point of pre admission if you are waiting over an hour for admission.
