Should be called hurry up and wait . Waited 2 hours with diarrhea and front staff keep saying sorry hold on then told we will have to wait between 2 to 3 hours longer . The waiting room had two patients ? Pathetic .what’s happening to the private hospitals seem as if the wool is being pulled over our eyes . We left went to another hospital. The staff at kloof just don’t care .
Wiesenhof operates as one of the most poorly managed cafeterias, closing very early and charging high prices. Additionally, Kloof Hospital does not provide options for visitors to purchase coffee after 5:00 PM. These establishments ought to extend their operating hours until at least 8:00 PM to better serve their customers.

Emergency room visit. Took more than 3 hours before a Dr saw us. A lady came in with a stroke. It took more than 20min before she was given any attention.

Once again I would like to give a 5 star rating for the exceptional service I received from labour ward
..from the admission to the discharge it was a seamless process. The nurses were attentive and reacted quickly to all requests all of them was caring and gave wonderful advise. The food was great and everything clean and neat. Thank you for changing the sheets every morning.
