Absolutely the best Hospital, staff and Doctors.
Just randomly decided to go through the hospital reviews. I’m shocked that the hospital doesn’t have a higher rating overall and people have had terrible experiences there. As a family we have been in and out of Kloof hospital several times over the last 20 years and not a single bad experience. At my lowest points in life I found myself at the ER at Kloof, the prompt service, the kindness and care I got from the nurses was great. Only one ER occasion of many that I had one ER doctor that was kinda rude, but she was mostly annoyed cause she spent a very long time trying to get hold of my treating doctor and couldn’t. But all my experiences there, from admissions, ER, theatre nurses, and all doctors were the friendliest. Even on one of my father’s few long stay admissions, the nurses were so kind and accommodating with visiting hours as my sister and I had traveled from far to see him.
Kloof has been so good to us that I worry about ending up in hospital any where else.
What a terrible, horrifying experience.
The sisters’ behaviour borders on abuse, we couldn’t get out fast enough.
