This is just an appreciation for good service from the cleans, catering and nurse staff. Everyone is doing well to make sure your stay is comfortable and you are well taken care off. My daughter was also admitted to the pediatric ward and was well taken care off.

Pathetic service for a Private Hospital. They don’t answer phones, they don’t call you back, incorrect information etc. I would not go back for any treatment…

Christine Govender's Review

July 3, 2024

The overall service is excellent from emergency service to being admitted into the ward. Nurses and doctors are friendly and efficient when it comes to examination. I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. I was always comfortable and taken care off. The only down side is doctors come at all different times of the day instead of doing the rounds in the morning. Which make the discharge process frustrating as you will be waiting the whole day to be discharge. Which can be stressful and discouraging on the patient who is eager to get home. It is also an inconvenience on spouses/ partners who have to make the necessary arrangements for their love ones to be picked up. This was a big down side for me especially being pregnant as I just wanted to get home as soon as possible but had to wait the whole day for the doctor to discharge me.

I understand doctors can become busy but there should be a second in charge with the permissions to discharge patients. Definitely something that can be enforced.
