Totally disappointed with the service i got from the emergency unit, waited for 2 hours with a 2 year old child bleeding, nothing given to the child and no operation done to help baby had to leave the hospital again to seek help urgently
I had a medical emergency with my baby and spent 3 nights in the hospital with him. All the staff was so helpful and friendly.
Time after time, we have had the WORST experience here. No one cares. I’ve been lying here for 16 hours not even a cup of coffee or a sandwich. It’s like you’ve forced these people to work here and now they can’t be bothered to care.
Staff is friendly and so helpful, but Level of noise is very high time now 22:23] if they can reduce level of noise
This is for my recent stay from the 4th to the 7th of July 2024. I am not very familiar with the titles so I am not going to try 😅 but my stay in Ward G was amazing because of the nurses. Unfortunately, I don’t have their names, I remember one named Siphokazi, so I’ll call them Siphokazi and team.
I had had a laporoscopy and couldn’t pee on my own, even the bed pan didn’t help and I even told them when they were done helping me by draining my bladder that this is really a calling because I wouldn’t be able to do this 😂
Thank you so much for such people because God knows how much we need dedicated and kind people out there. I have already written my review on Dr Mchunu’s page but I just want to say thank you to everyone who got involved because I was very close to losing my life.
