No one answers the phone. Claim submitted incorrectly and cant get hold of anyone.
This hospital has deteriorated badly in terms of their service. I write this as i sit in Ward A admitted from 29 April 2024. On the 28th April in their trauma due a miscommunication I was not admitted despite being brought in by ambulance with a high fever and right knee pain due to an abscess. Now I sit here despite numerous requests from their kitchen staff to please afford us tea at the scheduled times. After meeting with the kitchen manager I also queried what teabags they were giving us because I had ordered 5 Rose’s I was eventually told theirs no 5 Rose’s tea anymore just Trinco. I would like to know why we are being charged such exorbitant fees yet the service has slackened so badly in terms of catering and cleaning. Over the weekend the toilet is not cleaned throughouly as well. Im very disappointed as I also wrote an email to the head office and to date theirs no reply.
