This was my worst hospitalization experience. Firstly I had pre-authorization my Dr called in advance however I had to start at emergency of which the entire process took about 4 hours to actually get a bed and be admitted. Didn’t not end there 24hrs I had to be transferred to another hospital due to shortage of resources beds etc. Not impressed at all will never recommend this hospital to anyone.
I’ve read all the reviews regarding the ER at the Life Peglerae Hospital and I ‘ve experienced the same terrible slow no Urgency at this facility. My wife was refered to see the neuro surgeon. Referal was done at Mediclinic in Thabazimbi. On arrival I told the people at the reception that my wife had no feeling in her legs and that she was refered to the Neuro Surgeon and that she needed to lie down because of pain. They said we must wait until they call us to complete the file.
Then we needed to wait until we are called to pro eed to the emergency room to be examined by the ER dr. I told him that the referal was for Neuro Surgeon. He then called and she was to be admitted to gen a MRI do e the following day. It is now more than an hour and we are still waiting to get to award to be admitted. I drove aal te way from Thabazimbi arived at 18h15.
I am so dissapointed with all the people at ER. It seems they are not happy with their work. Not even one friendly person attending to all the patients.
But when I was admitted for a procedure at the main entrance where admissions are done a different story. They get a 5 star rating.
This is unacceptable. I really thought that wit all the previous reviews there would have been an improvement.
Will this ever get better. Maybe only when the whole team are removed and replaced with people that do have a passion to do their work.
Now I will receive the same response as all others received and no action will be taken. It is obviously an AI that responds to these messages.
No use!!! Waited 10 minutes for someone to answer in the accounts apartment. Call 5 times just to be pout through and still know answer. The line goes dead! I just want an email address to sent my prove off payment to.
Currently @ the hospital and communication and service is still as bad as it was with my opperation few year ago,my daugters birth and other times visiting. when asking questions in english youll get replied in tswana and the excuse for everything is must have been a misunderstanding
