Absolutely 10/10 for the service we received yesterday (on a Sunday) from the ER and Maternity ward! From the admin, nurses, sisters, doctors and even the food staff. Thank you so much! You definitely exceeded my expectations!
A very very bad experience I had from department of finance…I was called and informed that I owe the hospital money and when I tried to explain that I called my medical aid scheme about the matter I was transfered to the head of the department and she was very rude and even today I don’t understand why she had to be like that and I still need clarity on that but I don’t know who can I ask because the person who was suppose to help me did not help 😢
Worst experience from one young sister called Bonolo from the children’s ward
(18.03.2024)I had the worst visit at Peglerae Hospital to be specific “Rustenburg ” as I type I’m very angry and disappointed about the treatment I got from Reception, I was to to sit down and wait to be called, 30min later while there I see that they’re busy helping people who just came in without been offered to wait ,1 hour later I go back to the Lady who said I should sit down they’ll call me ( She’s a Black lady number 2 from Left hand side Reception)..funny when I ask Her but I have been sitting there as pr Her instructions waiting to be called Boom “She acts surprised that I’m not helped as yet”..I got angry and out of that Hospital…went to Medicross and didn’t even have to wait 2mins…I hate that lady
