Worst experience ever,the staff is rude and they don’t tell you what is wrong,they leave you for long hours and eventually discharge you in the middle of the night without telling you what is wrong with your body

I am writing to formally leave a complaint regarding the substandard medical care I received at Life Peglerae Hospital on the 24 of June 2024 . My experience was deeply unsatisfactory, and I feel compelled to detail the numerous issues I encountered during my visit.

I arrived at the hospital at 9 AM and underwent x-rays. After an extensive wait, I was informed that the x-rays had been lost. This level of carelessness is unacceptable and demonstrates a severe lapse in your facility’s operational standards.

Additionally, I had a sonar test, which revealed that my liver is enlarged by 16 cm. Shockingly, no attempt was made to investigate the cause of this condition. This lack of concern for my health is alarming.

Furthermore, despite my high blood pressure, my condition was neither monitored regularly nor addressed. The doctor’s negligence in this matter is a severe oversight that could have had serious implications for my health.

The attending , Dr. P Kaneloss, failed to examine my hernia, which was one of my primary concerns. Instead of providing comprehensive care, he recommended an outpatient consultation but then insisted I sign a document stating I refused treatment.

To add to my frustration, I was discharged at 3:20 PM with the vague instructions to return if my symptoms returned. This advice is insufficient and leaves me feeling abandoned without proper medical guidance or support.

Never in my life have I been treated with such indifference and incompetence by a medical professional. The experience at Life Peglerae Hospital has left me concerned for the well-being of other patients who might encounter similar neglect.

I expect a thorough investigation into these incidents and a formal response addressing my concerns. Patients deserve to receive compassionate care, and my experience falls drastically short of this standard.

Nurses were rude, specially the day shift Nurses. They were like they were doing me a favor by helping me, I would trade the cleaning stuff for nurses if it was possible because the cleaning stuff were pleasant, king, and welcoming. The food wasn’t bad as well.

My Sister in Law came to the Hospital yesterday…I already feel she’s going to be fine the welcoming and service is way better than Another Private hospital u won’t even mention was ANGRY..

I went at ER last week, I have never felt like this ever in my life. I had to ask myself if I am in a private hospital or its just another public hospital because wow. I got there at 4pm, goodness me, there is no sense of urgency there. Good place to go to when u trying to run away from your household problems. It took them an hour for me to get an x ray, after being left in a corridor, the outside door was open, its around 8pm, I am alone, there radiology is there just not attending to me, then she came out to tell me I must come back tomorrow, took me to a chilling place where there are sofas, stayed there and the nurse came again to take me for an xray, did the x ray and took blood tests. Waited for another 4hours, then the doctor just came and told me that he is discharging me, without explaining the x rays or whatsoever. Told me to come back in the morning for scans. Listen, I didn’t go because its pointless. Never ever am I going back there I am sorry. The reviews are not lying shame about the hospital. For a healthcare center that is dealing with people’s live’s, I expected more than this. Poor poor poor service. I would rather drive outside of Rustenburg than going back there. Should have read the reviews first before going there
