If you want terrible ER service this is the place to go. This is our third visit to the ER in the past few years and they did not disappoint, especially the doctor. They should change the name from “Emergency Room” too “Chill Lounge” as it seems the doctor is there to flirt with the staff and to sit doing paperwork all evening so that he does not have to attend to the patients. Previous visit we were there for more that 5 hours with a sprained wrist just to find out it is not serious, we can go home. This visit my daughter had unbearable pain in the neck and head as well as stiff neck. We waited for more than two hours having to listen to the doctor outside our room chatting everyone up while my daughter sat crying on the bed without medication and symptoms of meningitis.
Hell flippen no! You guys dont even deserve one star. It is ridiculous on what I have seen these last 48 hours. How my boyfriend was treated and how his fellow patients in ward g was treated! It was inhumane!!!!!!! I don’t even think a government facility is as bad as what I have seen. These people that was dealing with my boyfriend doesn’t even deserve their jobs and I don’t know how even they got their jobs or their qualifications! It’s the worst ever and I would not recommend Peglerae to anyone. Rather go to pta where doctors and nurses are still professional and actually know what the hell they are doing!!!!! Never again will I set my feet in Peglerae. You are better off at home without any care than dealing with this type of nonsense that I have seen and whqt my boyfriend has had to endure! Unprofessional is not even the word to describe what we had to experience!!!!!
For the third time around…this emergency unit has proven it’s incompetence again, especially the doctor….
The attitude and the rudeness of this doctor. Dr Dibetso..jerrrr …..this unit should be completely closed,it is really pointless coming here..
This hospital is perfectly heaven in Rustenburg, the kind of hospital you’d just wish you could run away from the world and rest. All stuff from a cleaner, receptionist to the Sr’s , everyone who works the is super friendly and professional. I even feel words are not enough because I’m so satisfied 🙏🏻
