Apart from the first poor reception at casualty all us going exceptionally well…friendly and helpful staff things have seriously down a 180 here… and it is fantastic… Thank you to the staff for you care and compassion although some patients seem to not appreciate it and shout at staff for no reason. We are all human beings just trying to do our best after all. You staff Rock!!!! Thank you once again!!!

It takes 4 nurses to try administer one drip. Eventually the head nurse is called gets the drip in, however such drip lasts less than 24hrs before it starts leaking into my tissue. First night in Bedforview I only get pain meds and antibiotics approximately 5hrs after admission. On Sunday after having booked myself out at 21:00, due to a faulty drip that no one changed despite me raising alarm and after having received no further meds intravenous from 6:00. The nursing staff are should not be practicing. If you look at what my arm look like, due to their lack of their ability, it is tantamount to assault. I can’t wait to see the bill submitted to my medical aid, as best be sure their will be many objections raised.
Just wanted to say thank you to the wonderful nurses in Tulip ward at Bedford Gardens. They were all so caring and kind to my mom. Really fantastic service. The cleaners and catering staff were also really lovely! Dr Rolland was absolutely incredible. Am so thankful. Highly recommend your hospital!
