Good service
Dr Sikakane and the maternity ward staff provided exceptional service and care throughout my stay.
As I have been using this hospital for w years now and being here every 2 months is no joke. I have come to know most of the staff on nor just a professional level but very person from the kitchen staff to nursing staff who are all amazing so are my Dr’s who has been taking a great deal of care of me over these years. My only issue coming here everytime is the food 😞. I mean we are not toddler’s the portions are so tiny and the food is always very cold and even upon request for a sandwich one is told we will bring it but it never happens. Here I am waiting for 3pm coffee no coffee or the sandwich that was promised as lunch did not fill my tummy a complain I’ve had for 2 years straight! It’s 15h47 today and tea has not been served. I’m disheartened by this truly. Also the manue states all dinner is served with a hot beverage of ur choice but kitchen staff don’t ask u nor make u aware and when you expect to get it u are a bad patient. We pay for our food and yet not a single meal is served with juice why is this? All other life hospitals give a juice with every meal. Can I pls understand why the portions are so little and why we don’t get juice with each meal.
Dr Jardine holds the definition of what I call a true doctor. He is amazing in every sense of the word. Thank you for helping me Doc.
