Experience we had was great , my 7 months baby had been sick with high temperature and viral infection, Dr Daniel Azar and the nurses at Life Bedford Gardens were amazing, attended to my baby immediately,with such professionalism and so much care. Thank you for making my baby better and making our stay so comfortable. Sister, Doris, Ouma and Trisha in Bluebell ward,you guys are the best ❤️🙏
I would have given Bedford Gardens Life 5 star had it not been for the ICU. All the Drs who attended to me were absolutely fantastic. Dr Karan and his team were the best. The Physician and Physio were equally wonderful.
My ICU experience was terrible. As a patient who had major spine surgery, I expected ICU to be cleaner and more sterile. It smelled bad. I was placed between 2 noisy men. The beds were very close to each other.
The nurse who attended to me also attended to the gentleman next to me and did not sanitise her hands after tending to the other patient. When I asked her to sanitise, she looked annoyed.
At one time, there was were 5 nurses near my bed and,
were literally screaming while speakng to each other.

After having a shocking experience at Linksfield hospital, we arrived at casualty at Life Bedford. Thank God we came here. My son (20 months) had a concussion and was unresponsive and vomiting. Immediately as we walked in we were taken to the treatment room. The doctor and the nurses rushed at the same time. I would like to compliment the whole staff, doctors and nurses for taking such good care of my son. The ladies at the CT Scan were also very kind. I understand, formalities are important to cover costs on medical aid and get approval. They did this in such a nice matter without bothering us, while we were so worried about our son. Thank you for truly providing this amazing service and being highly professional!
