The helpfulness of the nurses in the Tulip ward and Dr Ranchod is pathetic. The nurses can’t (lack of competence?) or won’t tell us anything and neither does the dr despite many messages left. He doesn’t even bother to get back to a person. I won’t recommend this hospital to anyone, in fact I will strongly advise against it.
I was admitted to this hospital due to a pulmonary embolism.Spent five days in the ICU and found all staff to be friendly,caring and really professional!The physicians that treated me,Dr Pablo Sumaraj and Dr Ranchod ,were the best!Not forgetting the staff in the normal ward!Thank you
The casualty invoiced me over a year after my injury. I made immediate payment and my account was handed over to their attorneys more than a month later despite having settled the account.
