Lalucia clinic is pathetic with rude selfish stuff who care less about patients. They take 2hrs lunch .mxm this was second time waiting for too long last time they gave me panado imagen I widu they can change all stuff cos these old stuff they are soo rude
They are so rude they took a guy before me in and they chased my wife to go wait outside they stand around and make stories and chat on their phones
Came to LA Lucia clinic today as my fiance was not well, thinking that this was an elite area and maybe the medical care would be any different but it’s wasn’t, it doesn’t matter what area you in the service will always be pathetic, this guy in the photo is the supposed receptionist, upon arrival he was very rude to my fiance, couldn’t even spell his name right on the clinic card, further more I was sitting inside and this man asked me to sit outside in the cold wet rain and there was other people waiting with their family members as well and were allowed to be seated inside just because of the color of my skin, patients shouldn’t be treated this way its so pathetic honestly, we pay tax to pay your salary and you have the audacity to be as rude and selfish as you are, at this point I am completely done with this country.
VERY rude staff. My mother in law was treated terribly when she took my 10 weeks old for her shots. Really not a very pleasant experience. I would recommend going to the umhlanga clinic rather as the staff are MUCH kinder to customers
