Disgusting service and terrible wait times with only one nurse working. Spent more than 4 hours trying to get help.
Shocking service. I took my toddler for his vaccines and got turned away for not having a face mask. The requirements for face masks where dropped 8 months ago – yet the staff at La Lucia clinic deem it a condition of entry for treatment.
So be aware that you will be refused medical treatment for not having a face mask, because the staff have decided that is their rule…
Such a terrible service at La lucia clinic, Even a clinic in the bushes can do better than them.That 1 star is for the security guard who was friendly and gave us ticket numbers..i was there from 8:20am on the 8th of Nov..from Umhlanga clinic since they couldnt help me..i left that La lucia clinic at 11am with other 3 ladies,without any help not even getting inside.
Infact not even asked any questions by those nurses who were up and down and didnt seem to care about any of us.
Umhlanga clinic needs to expand and accomodate more, atleast the nurses there are passionate about helping people.
