La Lucia Clinic

I was amazed at the service we received today at the clinic. The staff was absolutely amazing. Thank you to the satff on duty on the 18 December 2023 from the bottom of my heart.

I would leave 0 stars but unfortunately i can’t.

I have never in my live received such weak service in my whole life i really don’t know how people can be so slow and unresponsive and that at your own work space… It’s a joke that is what this place is. And i hope a lot of people read this review so that thay can understand the terrible day i had because of this place and the staff! not doing there job the right way. I have a chronic condition which i have to take medication for every day and can cause a huge problem if i even skip only one serving.. that is how important it is.

I was at the clinic September month to change my pickup point of my medicine so i moved it to bluff’s Clicks

And i asked the woman at the clinic if the transfer is done so that i can collect my medication in November at the clicks at pick&pay and she said yes. Now… I have a problem where i went there to collect. not just was the medication not there!! I wasn’t even registered on there system. Now i can’t even go to clinic because thay are closed and i have no medication which means i am forced to skip until how long I don’t know!! That means my health is at servere risk and there is nothing i can do about it. All because of a women at lu Lucia clinic that did not do her job right.

Not only are the nurses ignorant and slow,but they pass the time by roaming around the clinic only helping one person every 20 minutes. Every moment they get they go on break. Max wait time is 3 hours but you’ll wait for more than 5 even with a clinic that isn’;t full. Closing time is 4pm yet they close at 2pm.Very unacceptable and unprofessional.

Great services from the nurses and staffs, very friendly and helpful security. Job well done !!
