The worst possible place to ever go to for anything medical related.

Staff are so incompetent it’s a joke.

Please do not go here, it is nothing but a waste of time and effort.

There is no signage guiding you where to go, guards and staff don’t care and couldn’t be bothered to help.

Rude, incompetent and extremely arrogant.

Basically public service

It’s sad when people who have no alternative are given poor service because of their social status. Luckily, I have an alternative. Although I would have still preferred to use free health services offered by the government due to the fact that everyone is doing everything to save cash given our current state as a country and households.

Everyone but one person gave great service. I waited over 2 hours for Nurse Khanyile who was said to be in a ‘virtual meeting’. I obviously understood because everyone including the manager of the department came to inform me, yet when nurse Khanyile arrived hours later, she passed me by, had quite a lengthy chat with her colleague and then shouted from another room for me to come through. Upon entering the room, she was unpleasant as I greeted her and offered no apology whatsoever for the delay. Furthermore she assisted with a very hostile attitude and referred me to Mahatma Gandhi which is many KMs from where I stay. I was puzzled because I don’t have any other underlying conditions that could cause me to have to go to a hospital just for check ups. She didn’t neglect to say, they might refer me back to the clinic…. why send me far from where I stay if I can be assisted there in the first place?

This is definitely not the service I expected as I held the clinic in high regard. I have never had a problem before. I’m appalled by how I was treated by the nurse and wouldn’t wish for anyone to experience what I did.

The nurses are not welcoming they are rude
