Care Reflections

Patients appreciate the clinic for its friendly and helpful staff, notably in recent experiences with vaccination services. However, there are consistent remarks about staff rudeness and long wait times, which could be alleviated with enhanced customer service training and better staff scheduling to improve the overall service quality.

Deborah Gunkel's Review

I had gone to the clinic to transfer from a private practitioner to the clinic to collect my chronic meds . They did not even try and get my meds from the clinic I was told to go straight to a government hospital as they do not stock some of my chronic meds . I had come there at 10:00 and was seen by 13:30 and went out without any medication. I eventually went out to another clinic and was seen to by 16:30 and got all the meds I required.

All the staff go to lunch at the same time and leave you sitting outside for hours with no care in the world.

They want to tell you why you coming to there clinic even if you not living in the area like it is there concern.

Not concerned that your clinic does about 350 to 400 per day and they get 80 -100.

Discussed with the service at La Lucia expected better treatment . They need more training and to be responsible for all there patients ….

QUINI DA VINCI's Review

Don’t even know why it’s called a clinic. Listen, even if you’re on the verge of dying never ever make the mistake of visiting this place. The staff work as though they’re volunteering. It’s a complete mess of a joke.

YEBO MOTOR SPARES's Review

Been sitting here for hours outside waiting to be attended. Thulani, a staff member is chasing patients away telling them that they will still be waiting another 5 hours or more. Sending patients away is NOT an option. People have the right to healthcare. Thulani then scuttles off to go on lunch, comes back much later, calls one patients in to do vitals. No BP cuff. Then he takes his bag and leaves again. I am appealing to the relevant councillor to get some assessment done here at this clinic. Some oversight is desperately needed
