Don’t expect anyone to greet you upon arrival. They’ll ignore you (on purpose).
What l hated about this clinic: – The hygiene is terrible in that place, bathrooms are without water, parking is terrible ( you park your car along the main road), the exit is far away from parking (about 3mins away), the “nurses”’are rude, there’s no order, communication with the “Dr” is very very difficult ( language barrier).
What l liked about this clinic: patients are polite and willing to help, the ladies at the X-ray room are professional, the guards are polite ( if you approach them politely ofcourse). Other than that, NOTHING!

Poor service delivery I went to this facility later around 21:00. It was emergency and i was very very sick no one bothered to attend me nor to open a file for us. We stand there more than an our no one was bothered. When we ask gore what’s going on they tell us about the Admin who is not in for that day. They we all busy with their phone. MASAKHANI CLINIC🤢
Bad attitude 😒 by admin and nurses they would be shouting at you like you are their children. The ER is supposed to attend people but no such thing everything is slow you could die sitting in the chair
Nurses in the maternity ward were very helpful. Had a wonderful experience.
