Went there 6am this morning with a 3 month old baby in the cold, got told we need to join the line eastward of the gate, went and stood 1h30min then a staff member tells us we need to join the same line 2 other nurses told us to leave.
My wife has a painful, possibly infected C- Section and to rejoin the almost 100 meter line again because of unfreindly unhelful staff is really dissapointing!
Whats going on, is the staff volunteering or being paid to serve???
Took my elderly parents there for Covid-19 vaccines, They reported kind, efficient and helpful staff and experience. Outside pathways however require maintenance and repair to allow wheelchairs/elderly to safely traverse.
