I took my elderly uncle there. At 1st the reception where you take your file from, was slow, but beyond that, my uncle was treated with such kindness! He was listened to patiently. For a moment there, it felt like we were in a private facility. The staff is obviously under-resourced, but they make do with what is within their control. Kudos to Masakhane clinc staff.
the nurses are good admin staff are a bit problematic sometimes Doctor’s appear to know their stuff procedures aren’t the greatest the waiting can often take an entire day and some of the doctors can be very unsympathetic

Most traumatizing labor experience yet. Had the most vile nurse ever!!
Oh my God! The nurses are RUDE. EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!!! They don’t offer services they should be offering to the community. I was told to leave around 8h30am after waiting on the cold from 5am!
It was my third time visiting the clinic without getting any help. I’m nolonger going back!!!
