Been sitting in casualty for hours now, the nurses are literally done with everyone yet the Dr’s are literally in a dining restaurant the arrived at 8 and still haven’t started working. Is it because it’s free service or because it’s in a township?
Alex CHC is the worst place you could ever find yourself in Service is terrible nurses just dont care you could wait for hours and hours and they would still tell you to wait more or straight up tell you they are leaving after making you wait for hours Emergency ward is the worst they want people to die waiting in those chairs🚮🚮🚮
Bad service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Arrived at the casualties around 20:10 and left 12:05 without getting assistance. I was told only one doctor on duty and I must just sit down and wait. The doctor disappeared for about an hour while it was only three of us in the waiting area. Nurses were sitting around a bar heater in the reception area. When asking the doctor if we gonna get help or not I ended up bn told that I won’t even get attended to and was told to go. Nigerian or Congolese doctor by the way.
