The worst experience ever at that clinic, the reception lady at casualty has a disgusting attitude 🤮the way she speaks to people is awful, being told that only 1 doctor is working so we will have to wait until we get attended, what about all the other people in pain.
Coming to that clinic very early and leaving late still without being attended , they don’t have sense of urgency which pisses me off.
The hygiene part makes me sick 🤢, there was blood everywhere and nobody cared to clean.
Something must be done about that place, the staff needs to be dealt with
It is sad that we have to endure the bad treatment from this facility just because we can afford to go to private clinics. You would swear that they are doing you a favour by doing their jobs. The less said about the attitude of the chronic pharmacy staff the better. The health department should intervene cause this facility fails dismally to provide the basic services that it was intended for.
The service is always awful they should fire everything that works there and hire people who wants to actually work and help the ill because they don’t work, my child almost died in front of them we stayed there for 12 hours before they could help us 12 hours!! That clinic is a shem🙄🙄infact I would recommend it to be shut down but where would we go as the community so cleaning house seems like an option or supervision from the department should be considered.
