I was admitted I ICU back to back firstly in Durban at St Augastine & in Waterfall City in Johannesburg. Both hospitals I have my doctors who are excellent & out do their job Dr S Bhagwan & Dr B Bhagwan who are my neurologist at St Augastine. Dr B Mahala my physician & Dr R Sitharam a neurologist at waterfall city hospital in Johannesburg. I have received world class treatment from my Doctors & All the staff from unit manager to sisters sir’s nursing sister’s cleaners physiotherapist. I’m grateful. A home away from home experience. My dissatisfaction & disappointment was from the food & catering. From both hospitals especially waterfall city in Johannesburg the food was terrible . I understand that we are in hospital but we are not in prison. We pay loads of money to be catered below standard food . Not edible , blend , not appetising, please change service providers that can cater better food ASAP.. kind regards Mr Ntobela
Useless and slow.
Wife is currently waiting over an hour for a doctor in casualties. Excuse of a hospital.
I am truly just disheartened that a private hospital that is so close to me offers such bad medical care. They need to close the hospital down.
