Netcare Waterfall deserves below zero, I arrived at 6pm for a simple procedure, there was only 1 Doctor in the ER and I waited from 6pm until 12pm and I still was not assisted with my infection by Dr. Kruger…I had a consult and a pain injection only…I left frustrated still with my infection…truly this is a terrible hospital…do not go to the ER if you have an emergency you will wait for 5 hours…it’s not run like a private hospital, it’s a public hospital
All that glitters from outside is not gold after all! Very bad service. Waiting for 3 hours at emergency and still did not get assisted. Had to make my own arrangements to transfer to another hospital. Even felt sorry for a very sick kid who had to wait so long as well…
Was there on Tuesday 30 July 22:00 and came out on Wed 3:00. The worst private hospital experience I have ever had. The only reason I stayed that long was because I took my 5year old daughter in and just wanted her to be checked and confirmed if she’s okay (which was also rather pointless as the Dr misdiagnosed her anyways). There is nothing emergency about their ER. They only have 1 Doctor on duty the whole night attending to ALL the patients, that is ridiculous. I am only seeing other people’s reviews now and I honestly think the hospital should be closed down.
Arrived Midnight…all I wanted was medicine for a very sore throat….already on flu meds and antibiotics….they wanted R2700 to see doc to prescribe me medication from their dispensary.
