Outrageous, waited 5 hours to see a GP, service is bad and very understaffed, it was really such a disappointment as this has never happened before

Had an emergency, faint, and had a noise bleed. BP was okay and heart rate low but extreme nausea. Got there at 1pm triage only saw me at 14h30. By 4pm was still waiting to see a doctor. Understaffed, no one can give you at ETA to be assisted. Poor man in a wheel chair was waiting longer than me, 4 hours in emergency waiting to be seen is just ridiculous. Don’t go to Waterfall Netcare. When I saw all the one star review I was not surprised, a pathetic PRIVATE hospital.
