Took my brother here while he was having seizures nonstop, it took them forever to even look at him, I was kicked out of casualty even after telling them about the severity of his condition,that he needs to be monitored, but they didn’t want to listen, they put him on the bed after giving him a drip. He had another major seizure and fell of the bed, and he got hurt even more and they all still acted as if nothing happened, all this I was watching them though the window.
It was the most heart breaking thing😭
And they why they asked the security guard to put him back on the bed, just the way the was handled, like he was not a human being.
Worst clinic I’ve ever attended in my life, nurses are rude, stuff is lazy to work ,patients wait in queue for more than 5 hours without getting any help. Patients walk out and leave the premises because of their incompetence. Government should do better about public clinics honestly 😡
Service could be better…you can die while waiting for Service in the queue….literally
Best service iv never experienced from public health facilities. From the admin clerk who was helping me. They very friendly and fast
