Westville Clinic

I went to this clinic today cause I am sick.I arrive and I’m told by one of the nurses that the clinic is closed,I must get in the car and go back home. It’s not even a holiday today but they decided not to work.Poor service!

Very unhelpful staff. They do not care for patients and do not adhere to patients numbers in line. Instead they handpick who they want to go before you. They removed my week old baby’s clothes and left us had to sit in the waiting area for 2 hours watching people after me go before me. I had even asked when is my turn to be seen to and the lady behind the counter says she does not know. Did not even ask for the name of the patient. This has to be the most gross public service I’ve experienced at a health facility.

Very very Dissapointed for how they handle the situation that got nothing to do with Patients. I went there 13th of May to start the clinic as I’m pregnant and I was told ,they won’t help me because they don’t have water well that time I left and now again today I went there same thing was said..well if there won’t be water for the whole year ,are they not trying plan B to get it rather than people not getting the help they need. And sadly they will let you stand in the queue for some time and when you about to register by the receptionist they when they will tell you this nonsense…Poor service we receive from Westville clinic

Very slow, got this attitude of no care in the world as if they doing you a favour. When I was there I saw several mothers with tiny babies sitting waiting hours which I find disgusting. There seems to be no process or procedure on how they go about seeing people. Service delivery is shocking and it’s sad because tax payers money funds all these government entities.

This place is pathetic.

Every one goes on lunch the same time!!!

The manager says “wait till 4pm if no one sees you come tomorrow”
