I’m rating 2 because others are okay, but I need help I was injected on Thursday 13 June 2023, there after my arm got swollen I thought it’s something passing but my arm is getting bigger and it’s hurts from the bone I honestly don’t even want to go back cause I’ll have to queue
Thee most rude and unprofessional bunch of lazy and useless staff ever… Their service is absolutely pathetic and appalling, they are very much selective on how and when you get treated based on whether they know you or not. The people that are known to the staff are given priority over people who came first… I took my daughter for her 10 week immunization arriving at 8:30 and was still waiting to be seen by the nurse at 13h00… When I asked to speak to the Clinic Manager I was told she couldn’t see me as she was busy. They are All as useless as a plastic watch, including that rude lump of a receptionist.
