Pathetic service,it is like they are doing patients a favor
Busy with useless meetings
Went to Westville clinic today with my severely sick baby. I’ve always had decent service but today was absolutely terrible. They only saw to me at 1h30pm when I made a scene because my baby had a major temperature. They dispensed her panado and made me wait 30 mins and then dismissed us with a broad-spectrum antibiotic. I took her to a doctor after to find out she has bronchitis and a severe ear infection (about to burst). I am disgusted that Westville clinic did not even listen to her chest nor check her ears despite me asking repeatedly.
Pathetic service, I have been attending Westville Clinic with my mental disabled sister and its been a nothing but terrible! The admin staff is rude and talks with attitude.
Staff very helpful. They do their best with what they have.
