All patients are stuck and confined in one place regardless of the nature of the sickness which is highly unhealthy, bathrooms are untidy, there’s no toilet paper and soap to wash hands after using bathroom.
My uncle got hit by a car and since 11::00 they said he should wait for a doctor and it is now 20:30 no doctor is available and he didn’t get help

I asked to knock off early @work so I can come to the clinic for consultation and family planning and my arrival time is 15h21 when I got to the youth help centre the sister told me she has already knocked off and I have to go inside they knock off at 19h00 And For family planning also said they are closed….. I am very disappointed because I came rushing and thought I will be assisted because it was before 16h00 and I was the only person there was no cue…
Worst service, a whole nightmare service.
My case is emergency but they treated me as if it is not emergency the Nurses judged me and told me I could have waited for tomorrow because as night she says she expects emergency only am I not emergency? So wrong and I have been waiting for 6PM till 23:27PM in pains 😭😭
