Their service is really bad, I arrive at the clinic at 7am and left at 2pm without doing what I came for. The nurses in the family planning division are as clueless as I am to the clinics procedures. I had to figure everything out myself including opening a file and going for tests. Only to be told later around 2pm that I should wait another 1 hour and 30min as they all went to lunch. Why should the entire staff be out for lunch all at the same time?
The service is very poor I arrived at the clinic @ 17:00 till I leave at 8pm without assistance. The staff finish their shift 2 hours before time and those who start a late shift start 2 hours later. I used to rate this clinic but now the service standards has decreased vigorously. Please 🙏 improve service as you dealing with patients who needs medical attention.
I have been there from 12h00 till 18h00. My son had a high temperature and the admin guy saw that he is not well but the sister just told us to wait and she was so rude. The Dr asked me why I did not say at the beginning that my son is running temperature.
The doctors in this place take their time come in late and start working late especially dr Magagula. He’s service is slow and doesn’t know how to treat patients. He barely does his work
Worse place I’ve ever been I was assisted by a Nurse called Jabu.
He didn’t even bother to listen to what I had to say.
Apparently he knows better cause it’s his job.
I was sent home with no help at all.
How this clinic is still functioning I have no idea why!!!! People die while waiting for help while the nurses relax and listen to music .
