worst clinic ever , waited 300 minutes to get assisted while nurses were laughing & not doing anything the MEC of health should visit that hospital randomly & maybe just maybe batho pele principles will be instilled
Their service is bad,they are slow to help ,the staff is very rude and unapproachable, this is the worst messed up clinic
Received poor service in pregnant woman’s department…..the nurses refused to assist us because we are starting the process on Friday
This centre isn’t a community Centre as they claim. The nurses aren’t working, they’ll tell you to go do a test at a different room when they can do it themselves, you stand on a queue for over 2 hours only to be told to go to the next line. Where you’ll also wait for over another hour. They eating on their stands with masks off and be telling people to wear their masks. You get to the clinic at 7 only to leave at 2 without any help.
