Service and friendliness suck your not a patient but a number. The bathroom that you have to use while staying there is extremely dirty with no hot water at all. The staff is very rude and don’t actually want to help you. I hope I die before I end up there ever! Nelspruit rob Ferreira…
The nurses are very rude. They don’t know what they are doing there, they have no love for the patients. When you call for help, they give you attitude, the wards are dirty and they don’t take care of the patients. The experience I had when visiting my relative is just traumatizing, I went there for a whole week and the situation kept getting worse by the day.
