I only rate the psychiatric department but the other department ( casual, opd S , opd N, etc) the service is poor and long waiting time…but the MHCU is the best, they have good attitude and fast service

Zero stars for Rob Ferreira Hospital!! I have dialed three different numbers to get hold of this hospital…..with not a soul answering their phones!!! Are the Hospital Receptionists asleep…or gone home???????? How can a Regional Hospital not answer their phones….just insane!
If i could give less than 1 star i would, it is quite an untidy place, windows are broken paint peeling off the wall, lights not working, i could go on and on, i am quite disgusted in the place, its a hospital you are supposed to feel safe there not like you cannot breathe because there are absolutely no windows open, bedding is disgusting, has holes in the bedsheets, staff are extremely rude towards patients and visitors, it feels like a prison in the hospital, i had an unsettling feeling for the entire time i was there, there are weird men roaming outside at night so the patients are told that they are not aloud to go out if the want to for example go for a smoke, i could go on and on about how bad, disgusting, siff, nauseating, gross, unbelievable this hospital is, i am heavily disappointed in the government and the management of this place 😡
