Would not be here if I didn’t need to – it’s cold, and a bit unkept. But grateful for their services.

ROB FERREIRA is treating patients like non human being.They think they are doing you as pasient a huge favour. My husband have to go for a back operation,they can not locate the file, but according to us he has 3 already. Poor people do not get better treatment. It is realy ridiculous. The toilets don’t work, doors is off, the smell is to vomet from, their is no parking for disabled people, they have to walk from the gate, no transport at all to help them. So what is the health department doing about this?????? probably nothing!!!!

If I could give zero I would rather give that rating. Compared to other public hospitals I’ve visited in the whole of SA. I have to say this has been by far the worst hospital. The staff have no clue what they are doing and the security’s even worse. They really do just make their own rules.The place stinks (litterally). I get that the staff are probably underpaid and over worked just as any other public hospital but no one told you to be hospital staff here. The least you can do is be decent human beings or get another job. The place is so dirty and under maintained, I don’t understand how this hospital hasn’t been red flagged and put under better management. If this is what tax payers are paying for, you are clearly wasting our money.
