Poor service people have a very bad attitude…you are expected to wait even when it’s unnecessary. For family planning you really shouldn’t wait an hour long especially when the clinic is not full, no communication what’s so ever. People go hours on lunch, reporting it is a waist if time.

Nurses, sisters and doctors are friendly and helpful

Most ridiculous clinic I have ever been to. Took my 9 months old son for immunisation we waited 5 hours. There was no manager or anyone to complain to? Workers forget we pay for these services,acting like they doing us a favour.esp one lady who weighs kids, her attitude and the way she handles kids I wondered how did she make it through interview. My baby wasn’t stable n thermometer fell while temperature was still reading, she got angry and got up and left us there standing.Thats not how you treat people.I even asked why you so angry?it’s just a baby…Fortunately my son won’t ever come to this cold,dirty clinic.

The level of disrespect the stuff have 🤦🏾‍♀️especially from the stuff in room 5 it’s emotionally draining, I’m just wondering if these people really wanted to help the sick or they just wanted a secured job with benefits from the government..I’m a nurse student myself, im doing it out of love and passion, and I will never behave like nurses in Randburg clinic. Its the worst clinic Iv ever to.

Honestly they don’t even deserve this one star rating. If possible I’d give them a zero for the poor and rude assistance from their receptionist. Just makes me wonder how the rest of the stuff conducts themselves if the front desk is clearly failing at being professional
