Bed service , nurses just molding around for patient to see them . Service always poor I must say

These nurses in the mental health ward are on another level of just nasty you would think they would be empathic to the patients….not only do they refuse you medication after they failed to give you all your medication schedule 6 or otherwise but they then refuse any and all help saying you lying about receiving this pill….it is illegal to put some one on these pills then then not supply them then when you tell them that you never got it they assume a Bipolar person which the pills only assist maybe 10%pf the condition is double dosing …today I was refused all help no pills and no date to come back after being told to wait 3 hrs ….they djdnt even know what my date was suppose to be ..as ussual and when i was honest about the date the had head nurse is always rude and nasty and honestly she should consider a career change.. She is just to much of a bully. I’ve been going therefore over 2yrs and today I was told sorry….this is the state of the nation that is now and possibly a sign of worse things to come

Just okay. Long queues

Stuff is very rude and take their own time. It’s like they punishing us for getting government services while we pay tax

Yoh clinic feels like a Spaza people working there don’t have heart they only have Big heads full of water especially the ZCC BADGE man. I came to the clinic 2 weeks after the day of my appointment due to loss of my family member they telling me whole lot of nosense . Really you can see no heart for people at all. 18/06/21
