Sick people are standing outside in the rain, the staff are slow and are not efficient and effective. Do take their own time. No pleasure to visit this institution.

I have been waiting to register, then after almost an hour of waiting, with no update at all or any sort of communication and with staff moving around looking busy. I kindly asked an Admin Assistant by the name Tshepang Lesame for help and she just looked at me somehow, then she ignored me. She literally just walked away!

The man at the help desk is so rude !! Everyone is so arrogant and rude! From cleaners to nurses and doctors! None of them were helpful! It’s as if they’re doing us a favour. There has to be a site to report civil servants actually
