I was there on the 02/05/2024

For ANC with no appointment made. Unfortunately it was said that about 5 nurses were absent but they will try to assist us by all means mind u I have been there from 7 but sister MPHO worked on her site then quickly attended us at ANC Site, she took about 30 minutes or less lunch so that she can come back to help us n she did.

By 16:15 I was attended by her and she was very friendly and helpful well I didn’t mind time that much because It was addressed that they were under staff that day.

Not Forgetting about the lady who is testing HIV I always find her happy and ready to serve and (sister Julie was absent on that day)who always assist us she really loves her job n she is very patient.

If she was there on that day I know I was gonna b home by 11.

However I was happy because they communicated with us about the whole situation than living us blank not knowing

What is happening

Oh noo I forgot to mention that on that day Sister MPHO decided to be left behind working extra hours to make sure no one goes home unattended…… Big up to you sister

And keep it up. I highly appreciate the effort the staff put to patients

Ntshepiseng Katrina Motumi's Review

April 15, 2024

The worst experience, for not even having a lot of people honestly the worst. The stuff is just there to tick boxes and no form of communication is given to people. The nurse who was in the Drs attending only attended 6 people and had the nerve to come tell us shes going on 1 hour lunch. While we had been waiting for three hours. Rather go to a different clinic that’s faster and better than this hyped up clinic.

I really loved visiting the clinic. The nurse was so calm and friendly (sister Sharon). Also the sister who was doing the HIV test was a very lovely person I forgot her name, I really enjoyed the experience.

I highly recommend the clinic
