Good day

I would like to complement Sister Dikeleti from the family planning department, such good and professional work. She definitely removed the bad feel I had about public clinics.

Offy Nonhle's Review

I’m only writing this review because this was the 2nd time this happened to me and I’m very sensitive when it comes to my baby . I got there at 1 because my baby was very sick and had an ear infection where she had a lot of pain. When I got there the nurse called Phuthi was available but refused to assist saying I must wait for the other nurse to register me so she is still on lunch, when she could have done so as they just needed to write down the baby details. After waiting for more than an hour I go to the nurse and explain that my baby is not well and she has a very hot temperature and in so much pain, she looked at me while busy on her phone, opened the drawer and gave me just an anti biotic without examining the baby and told me to go buy a panado. Imagine waiting for over an hour and being treated like you are nothing and your child is nothing. That nurse is one of the rudest nurses I’ve ever come through and because our government never hold them accountable, they will continue

Phumudzo Reapy Mudau's Review

January 30, 2024

Went there on 2 occasions and the service was amazing, first time I got there I had taken my son for his follow up visit and we were attended within an hour yet there were so many people the 2nd time I got there and found that there was no queue at all and I arrived at 12:15 but at 12:30 I was already done and the nurse couldn’t believe me when I told her that it’s the best clinic so far👌🏾👌🏾
