Arrived at 2:25 PM and there were two patients in the waiting area and one of them was being registered. We were attended to at 3:05 only to be told that we are waiting at the wrong place, babies are supposed to be in the next building/rooms. When we got there, the nurses had closed themselves in an office, we had to knock for them to attend to us. We greet and tell the nurse that we are here for 6 months immunisation for baby. She just carelessly looks at me and tells me that I must come the following day in the morning. She further asks me where I stay and I tell her, then she carelessly tells me that that’s not the clinic I’m supposed to be in. Now all this could have been told to us timeously. We took an hour off work only to be sent back home by a rude staff member. I can only wonder what happens when the clinic is full.
Oh by the way, there is a book where you register your name apon arrival. One of the two ladies registering people makes a remark to the other that we have juts arrived so we can wait, she is busy digesting her lunch and thats exactly what happened. After the one opening a file for people was done with the patient we found there, she disappeared and came back saying we are supposed to be in the next rooms.
Nizamiye Clinic should really recognise sister Mpho Madi…. If it was possible to give someone 10 stars, i would. I Went there as my brother was sick and we felt like VIPs. The patience and understanding is out of this world….
Thank you so much for all that you do and may you continue to do so and God will bless you abundantly namaNtungwa akithi abe nawe.
